In TMC, our underground projects include Geologically disturbed & challenging mines like Sial Ghoghri Underground Coal Mine (RCCPL). We are also working for South Eastern Coalfields Limited at their prestigious Churcha RO UG coal mine for extraction of coal of 1 MTPA (with 2 sets of CM packages) and Jhilimili UG coal mine (0.5 MTPA) with a 20+ year old CM package. This outdated model CM package have been refurbished departmentally by our expert Engineers. Our Opencast projects include Boria Tibbu Iron Ore mine (GPIL) and Ari Dongri Iron ore mine (CMDC). We have successfully completed our Gare Palma IV/8 coal project with Ambuja Cements Limited and metal projects with SAIL, MOIL and more.

TMC Mineral Resources Private Limited (TMRPL) is one of the leading Service providers in both Coal & Metal Mining sectors, providing comprehensive mining solutions from concept stage to realization stage for both Opencast & underground Mines. In TMRPL, our underground projects include NCPH R-6 coal mine (0.45 MTPA) and Bartarai UG coal mine (0.465 MTPA) and Singhali UG mine (through paste filling technology) of South Eastern Coalfield limited and Shahpur West UG Coal Mine of Sarda Energy and Minerals Limited. Our Opencast projects include Ari Dongri Iron ore mine (2.1 MTPA) of Godawari Power and Ispat Limited and Gare Palma IV/7 Coal mine (1.68 MTPA) of Sarda Energy and Minerals Limited.

TMC Talcher Colliery Private Limited (TTCPL) is a parent company of TMC MINERAL RESOURCES PVT LTD. We have been awarded the project of Re-opening, salvaging, rehabilitation, development and operation of discontinued underground mine “Talcher Colliery” of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited. We have incorporated a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) namely “TMC Talcher Colliery Private Limited” on 3rd November 2023 who shall act as the “Mine Operator and undertake all the obligations for re-opening, development, operation and safety of the Talcher project. This public-private partnership (PPP) between Mahanadi Coalfield Limited (MCL) and TMC Mineral Resources Private Limited as TTCPL, under a Revenue Sharing Model, promises to create a win-win situation, bolstering economic growth while ensuring

Bartunga Coal Private Limited is a group company of TMC - SEML consortium. TMC Mineral Resources Private Limited and Sarda Energy & Minerals Limited has taken up the challenge for reopening, salvaging, rehabilitation, development and operation of Bartunga underground coal mine producing coal of 2.1 MTPA. We have incorporated a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) namely “Bartunga Coal Private Limited” on 12th February 2024 which shall act as the “Mine Operator and undertake all the obligations for re-opening, development, operation and safety of the Bartunga project.

Asia Strategic Resources India Pvt Ltd is a parent company of TMC MINERAL Resources Pvt Ltd. The company was incorporated on 27th December 2024. Asia Strategic Resources India Pvt Ltd is involved in activities such as Mining of Coal and other minerals.

TMC Care Foundation is incorporated on this 24th day of SEPTEMBER 2024 under the Companies Act, 2013. TMC CARE FOUNDATION is involved in activities such as Social work activities without accommodation. The objects to be pursued by the company on its incorporation are:
